Privacy policy

Nash Apps

Effective July 27, 2026

Information the developer collects

The developer does not operate an app account system and does not receive the records you enter into the app. The app does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

How the app handles information

The apps do not use advertising identifiers or third-party behavioral tracking.

Core app records are stored on the device unless an optional Apple service is enabled by the user.

Apple processes TestFlight access and optional in-app purchases under Apple's own privacy terms.

Optional Apple services and permissions

Apple processes TestFlight access and optional in-app purchases under Apple’s privacy terms. Each app-specific policy identifies the exact Apple services and permissions that app can use.

Support requests

The support request form is hosted by Google Forms. The reply email and other details you choose to submit are received and used only to understand and respond to your request. Google may process form data under its own privacy policy. A Google account shown to you by Google is not included in the response unless you type that address into the reply-email field. Do not include passwords, payment card details, health records, or other sensitive information.

Knowledge Center comments

When comments are enabled on an article, Nash Apps receives the display name and comment you deliberately submit. An email address is optional, kept private, and used only for moderation or reply notifications—not marketing. Every comment is pending by default and is reviewed before publication. Do not submit account numbers, balances tied to your identity, credentials, precise location, health information, customer data, or other sensitive details.

Public comment content is stored separately from private contact and short-lived abuse-prevention metadata. Nash Apps does not use comments as verified app feedback, install or activation evidence, advertising attribution, or a customer identity. Pending and rejected comments are retained for no more than 90 days; removed comments for no more than 30 days; optional private email for no more than 90 days; coarse hashed abuse metadata for no more than 7 days; and non-content moderation audit records for no more than 24 months. Approved comments remain public until removed. Use Support to request export, correction, or deletion.

Children, security, and changes

The apps are not directed to children under 13. Reasonable safeguards are used for the limited support information received, but no method of electronic storage is completely secure. Material policy changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
