Wake Well

Effective July 30, 2026

Information the developer collects

The developer does not operate an app account system and does not receive the records you enter into the app. The app does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

How the app handles information

No account, advertising, analytics, tracking, or developer-operated server.

Alarms, preferences, imported tones, recordings, diagnostics, and enhanced tones remain local.

Microphone, camera, and motion are requested only when you choose a matching feature.

Optional Apple services and permissions

Wake Well uses StoreKit for the optional one-time purchase and AlarmKit for primary, test, and backup system alarms. Microphone access is requested only when you choose to record a personal tone; camera access only for a QR wake challenge; motion access only for a shake challenge; and notification access only for an optional bedtime reminder. Raw recordings, on-device diagnostics, and enhanced tones are never uploaded, and temporary working audio is removed after save or discard.

Support requests

The support request form is hosted by Google Forms. The reply email and other details you choose to submit are received and used only to understand and respond to your request. Google may process form data under its own privacy policy. A Google account shown to you by Google is not included in the response unless you type that address into the reply-email field. Do not include passwords, payment card details, health records, or other sensitive information.

The apps are not directed to children under 13. Reasonable safeguards are used for the limited support information received, but no method of electronic storage is completely secure. Material policy changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
