Record the exact app context
Include the WeatherKind version and build, iPhone model, iOS version, city mode, scenario, timestamps, and what you expected versus what happened.
Protect shared information
Redact cities and other private information. Never submit precise location or an unredacted private screenshot.
Describe data freshness clearly
Report whether the app showed current, partial, stale, offline, denied, or unavailable, and include the displayed weather-update time.
WeatherKind support is not an emergency service or guaranteed warning channel. Use official weather and emergency sources when appropriate.
